We will definitely be going back here as we only saw a tiny corner of the park. As well as the forests, open areas and play area is the Irchester Narrow Guage Railway Museum with a short 'demonstration line'. We took our youngest sons with us, as well as 4 dogs, and they would have loved to have seen that.

We all enjoyed our adventure though, following the 'natural' paths that worked around the trees and little 'hills'. We were glad we had our wellies on but were sorry the cafe was closed as we were in need of a hot drink by the end of it!

The park & upper car park is open all day, every day. The toilets & lower car park are open 9 - 5pm daily (except Christmas Day).
The shop is open 10 - 4pm at w/ends & school holidays (closed Christmas Day - New Year's Day). Not sure what is in the shop as we went on a Monday!
Refreshments (including ice-creams) are available from the Country Park shop when open.
There are picnic areas.
There is a childrens play area
